Place the measuring tape at one end of the shoulder bone, run it right through your shoulder blade, to the other end of your shoulder bone.
Measure around the widest point of your chest, typically around the nipple line, this goes the same for women. Make sure the measuring tape stays level.
Place your hand on your hip. This will form a V shape. Start the measuring tape from your shoulder bone to where you want it to end. Typically 1 inch below the bottom of your wrist.
Measure around your belly button through the mid-section. Typically the widest point of your stomach.
It’s important to wear your jeans and take this measurement. Measure around your hips. Which is typically the middle of your buttocks.
Encircle the measuring tape around your neck. Keeping the central tip of Adam’s Apple as reference.
Start from the shoulder bone going around the armpit. Measure to convenience of arm movement.
To get your right length for the jacket, take your favourite t-shirt of choice and minus half an inch from that. Start from the back of your neck bone till where you want it to end. As seen in the video. For Plus size Men keeping to longer length will be advisable.
Measure around the widest point of your biceps.
